通过将可视喉镜作为常规教学用具引入到住院医师规范化培训气管插管术的教学实践中,将受教学员分为麻醉学专业和非麻醉学专业两大类,针对这两类学员教学目标、教学时数、基础能力的不同,充分发挥可视喉镜在气管插管教学中的优势,采用差异化的教学设置,制定不同的教学方案、考核指标和师资配备实施教学。现已应用此教学模式对不同专业规培生进行气管插管的教学累积上百人,明显提高了教学效率和教学质量,减少了气管插管相关并发症的发生,取得了良好的教学效果。 |

Visual endotracheal intubation technique was applied for resident standardization training as routine teaching appliance. The residents were divided into two groups (anesthetic speciality and non- anesthetic speciality) because of the difference of the teaching target, teaching times and basic ability. Using the advantages of visual laryngoscope, adopting differentiated teaching Settings, teaching scheme, evaluation index and teacher staffing, hundreds of residents were educated the endotracheal intubation. The results showed that this teaching mode reform could improve teaching efficiency and quality, reduce the complications related to endotracheal intubation, obtain good teaching effect. |
