      【】以器官系统为中心的新型医学教学模式被越来越多的医学院校所接受,教学成果显著。天津医科大学基础医学院在临床医学五年制进行实验诊断学的整合课教学;与之前按照传统教学方法进行实验诊断学教学临床医学五年制学生进行对照。比较两部分学生期末考试成绩。两组学生在名词解释、论述题和总成绩上都存在明显差异。以此来探讨整合课程在实验诊断学教学的应用效果,以及与传统教学模式相比较的优势及可实施性。

      【】A new medical education model called organ-system-based curriculum (OSBC) being accepted by more and more medical schools gets great achievement. In recent years the integration curriculum of Laboratory diagnostics for clinical specialty has been implemented in Tianjin Medical University and it has been compared with former traditional teaching methods. Test scores were compared between these two parts. The score of medical term interpretation, discussion essays and total score in OSBC part were higher than that of the traditional teaching part. The purpose of this essay is to investigate the application effects of integration curriculum for Laboratory diagnostics, the advantages compared with traditional medical education model and its implementation.
