| 现代医学影像技术作为现代医学科学中发展最为迅猛的学科,为临床各科疾病的诊断及治疗提供了强有力的保障。江苏联合职业技术学院南京卫生分院作为全国最早开办全日制医学影像技术教育的学校之一,至今已有三十年的办学历史,为江苏省内外各级医疗机构输送了大批影像技术人才。鉴于该专业医工结合的特色,该院影像系深刻认识到“校院合作、工学结合”是我国医学职业教育改革与发展的方向,近年来借鉴理工科院校校企合作方面的经验,积极开展校院合作,在创新人才培养模式方面进行了大胆改革和实践,率先提出并建立起课程结构与工作任务相对接、课程内容与职业能力相对接、教学情境与工作情境相对接、专业课程与岗位工作相对接的“3.5+0.5+0.5+0.5”四段式工学结合人才培养模式,探索出一条真正将理论和实践相结合的医学影像技术教学之路。 |

| Modern medical imaging technology, as the most rapid development in modern medical science disciplines, has been providing a strong guarantee for diagnosis and treatment of disease in almost every clinical department. Nanjing Health School of Jiangsu Union Technical Institute(NHS), as the earliest opened one of the school of education full-time medical imaging technology, has started full-time medical imaging technology for 30 years and cultivated a large number of image technology talents for medical institutions at various levels inside and outside jiangsu province.Given the medical imaging technique specialty has the characteristics with the combination of medicine and engineering, the department of medical imaging of NHS has a deep understanding that the "cooperation and work-integrated learning" is the direction of our country"s medical vocational education reform and development. In recent years, the department of medical imaging of NHS, which borrowed the reference experience of the university-enterprise cooperation in science and engineering colleges, has developed cooperationSbetween colleges and hospitals actively and has carried on the bold reform and practice in terms of innovative talents training mode. The department of medical imaging of NHS firstly put forward and establish the so-called is the curriculum structure docking with the work tasks, the course content docking with the professional ability, the teaching situation docking with the work situation and the professional curriculum docking with the job, which explore a real combining theory and practice way in medical imaging technology teaching. |
