| 以昆明医科大学为例,探索管办评分离与协同机制,加强了独立于教务处之外的教学质量监控与评估中心主导的对非医学类其他专业的毕业设计(论文)专项评价。从评价的视角研究并实践了监控与保障毕业设计(论文)校内第三方评价机制,提出了进一步提高地方医科院校毕业设计(论文)校内第三方评价质量的策略。 |

| Taking Kunming Medical University as an example, this paper probes into the separated and coordinate mechanism of administration, business handling and evaluation, with aim to enhance the evaluation of the graduation design ( thesis ) of non - medical specialties directed by Higher Education Quality Supervision and Assessment Center that is independent of the dean of academic affairs. From the visual angle of evaluation, we study and practice the third party evaluation mechanism for the graduation design ( thesis )monitoring and guarantee, and put forward the strategy to further improve the quality of the third party evaluation in graduation design ( thesis )of local medical college . |
