肿瘤放射治疗学是一门涉及多学科、多专业的临床学科,注重培养适应肿瘤放射治疗学科发展的应用型人才是非常必要的。针对传统肿瘤放射治疗教学以教师为主体,忽视医学生整体的学习状态,忽略对学生创新能力和思维能力培养的现状,尝试通过跨学科协同教学方法,辅以分组讨论形式,围绕病案为中心,采用开放考核方式,从多角度探讨肿瘤放射治疗学应用型人才培养的改进措施,并探索其实践应用。 |

Radiation oncology is a multidisciplinary clinical subject. It is necessary to focus on cultivating practical talents in the development of radiation oncology disciplines in medical students' theory teaching and clinical practice. In view of the traditional teaching of radiation oncology for ignoring the medical students' overall learning status, ability to innovate and thinking. This paper researched the exploration of practical training for radiation oncology based on interdisciplinary collaborative model, group discussion mode, medical record mode and open assessment model in order to promote the development of excellent radiotherapy talents. |
