      【摘要】华山医院于2013成为全球首家获得国际医疗机构认证联合委员会(JCI)认证的教学医院(Academic Medical Center Hospital)。通过引入JCI标准,临床营养科持续改进实习生教学,以灵活组合的教学模块为基础,将临床营养知识转化与营养师职业技能锻炼紧密结合,通过更深入和直观的实习教育,使得学生对营养师的职业体会更全面。带教老师对实习生的实践主动性、知识转化能力有较高评价,近5年本科生毕业课题数量和质量都有显著提高。
英文摘要:
      【Abstract】Huashan Hospital became the first Academic Medical Center Hospital in 2013 based on Joint Commission International (JCI) standards. Clinical nutrition department improved internship education greatly according with JCI criterion. Through modularized teaching and practicing,students were able to combine nutrition knowledge with professional dietitian skills better and properly. The students acquired much more professional experience through deeper and more practical training and teachers evaluated students highly on their ability about initiative and knowledge conversion. Data of recent five years shows that undergraduate’s projects were enhanced both in quantity and quality which is noteworthy.
