      四川大学华西临床医学院设立研究生助教岗位,推行以研究生助教参与辅助教学为基础的 “探究式-小班化”医学课程教学改革。研究生助教在课程负责人和教师的指导下,辅助“大班授课-小班化”教学,协助课程过程性考核的实施,丰富完善课程中心教学资源,助力教师教学和学生自主学习,在促进良好师生关系建立的同时也有效促进“探究式-小班化”课程教学质量的提升。
英文摘要:
      West China Medical School recruits graduate assistants to take part in the teaching activities as assistants to help teachers to implement the inquiry-small class mode in medical courses. Lecture group discussion is used as a new teaching model and formative assessment is used as assessment methods, which are explored with the help of graduate assistants with the supervision of teachers. Meanwhile, useful teaching resource is richened on the course web sites and the students’ self-study ability is developed by graduate assistants. Graduate assistants effectively help to harmonize teacher-student relationships and enhance teaching quality and efficiency of inquiry-small course.
