      实验教学是高校教学工作中不可或缺的重要工作,基础医学实验教学为临床、技术及科研工作的基础,医学生物化学实验是医学生必修的实验教学内容。现有的基础医学实验教学远远不能满足学科和学生发展需要,因此从基础医学实验教学入手,通过开展第二课堂活动,挖掘学生的潜能,培养学生学习兴趣、提高自主学习、动手、创新和解决问题能力十分重要;基于此,文章以生物化学实验教学为例,提出实验教学中存在的问题,并分析第二课堂活动在实验教学中的作用及针对性的改进方法。
英文摘要:
      Experimental teaching is an indispensable task in teaching work in colleges and universities. Basic medicine practice teaching is the basis of clinical, technical and scientific research work. Medical biochemistry experiment is the experimental teaching content of medical students. The existing basic medical experiment teaching can not meet the needs of the discipline and students. Therefore, starting from the basic medical experiment teaching, through the second classroom activities, tap the potential of students, cultivate students" interest in learning, improve their own learning, hands, It is very important to solve the problem. In this paper, the biochemistry experimental teaching as an example, put forward the problems in experimental teaching, and analyze the role of the second classroom activities in experimental teaching and targeted improvement methods.
