      【】目的 分析2014级五年制三教班医学生期末考试试卷质量,探查不同专业学员对该课程的掌握情况,完善题库建设,检验教与学质量,为进一步探讨教改方法提供依据。方法 利用SPSS 21.0对2014级五年制三教班共133份外科学及野战外科学期末考试试卷进行统计分析。结果 参加考试的133名学员,最高分93.5分,最低分52.0分,平均成绩为70.6±9.00分;不及格(60分以下)人数为6人,占4.51%;试卷整体难度系数(P)为0.71,选择题和填空题P值在0.4-0.7之间;海医系与麻醉专业简答题>0.7,心理学专业<0.7;海医系与心理系名词解释P =0.61,麻醉专业为0.77;病例分析题均>0.7。各题型区分度(D)为均>0.600,整体试卷信度为0.764。试卷整体呈正态分布。不同专业成绩比较:麻>海>心。海医与麻醉专业相比差异具有显著性意义(P=0.006);海医与心理专业相比差异无显著性意义(P=0.129);麻醉与心理专业相比差异具有显著性意义(P=0.001)。结论 本套试卷题型分配全面、试卷设计基本合理,难度整体偏易,区分度较好,信度较好,成绩分布合理。本次试卷质量较好,在命题方面存在不足之处,仍需进一步完善,注意合理分配试题难度。基本了解不同专业学生的薄弱环节,心理学专业学员成绩低于其他医学专业学员,应设法加强对心理专业学生的本课程的教学,为进一步改进整体五年制三教班教学提供依据。

      Objective To analyze the quality of the final exam papers of 2014 grade five-year medical students, checking different professional students master level of the course, perfecting the question bank construction, checking the quality of teaching and learning, provide the basis for further discusses teaching reform methods. Methods SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis of 133 papers. Results The highest score was 93.5, the lowest score was 52.0, and the average score was 70.6±9.00. 6 students failing, occupy 4.51%; The overall difficulty coefficient of the examination paper (P) was 0.71, and the difference of the questions (D) were both > 0.600 and the overall reliability was 0.764. The examination paper is generally normal distributed. Compared with the different professional results, the difference between the clinical medicine and anesthesia majors was significant (P = 0.006). There was no significant difference between clinical medicine and psychology majors (P = 0.129). The difference between anesthesia and psychology was significant (P = 0.001). Conclusion This examination paper has a comprehensive set of assignments, designed basically reasonable, the difficulty is generally small, the distinction is better, the reliability is better, the score distribution is reasonable. The quality of this paper is better and there are some deficiencies in the proposition, It still needs to be improved. Be able to basic get the weak links of different majors, psychological professional students,s fractions lower than other professional students, should try to strengthen the teaching of the course of psychology majors, provide the basis for further improve the teaching level of overall five-year comprehensive class.
