      目的 探讨情景模拟教学在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)应急能力培训及应用效果。方法 选取2014年2月~2016年12月在重庆某三甲儿童医院PIVAS工作的93名药师和护理人员,采用情景模拟教学进行应急能力培训,培训前后对PIVAS设备故障、信息系统故障、细胞毒性药品溢出等应急预案演练所涉及的专业知识和应急操作技能进行考核评分。结果 培训前后, PIVAS所有药师与护理人员的专科理论知识及应急操作技能的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用情景模拟教学方式能有效提高PIVAS工作人员处理各类应急事件的能力,确保患儿及时、安全用药。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the training and application effects of situational simulation teaching in emergency management of intravenous drug delivery center (PIVAS).Methods A total of 93 pharmacists and nursing staff working in PIVAS at a third-grade children's hospital in Chongqing from February 2014 to December 2016 were selected to carry out emergency training in situational simulating teaching. Before and after training, PIVAS equipment failure, information system failure, cytotoxic drugs Overflow and other contingency plans involved in the exercise of expertise and emergency operation skills assessment score. Results Before and after training, there was a significant difference in specialty theoretical knowledge and emergency operation skills between all PIVAS pharmacists and nursing staff (P <0.05).Conclusion The use of situational simulation teaching can effectively improve the ability of PIVAS staff to deal with various emergency events and ensure the timely and safe treatment of children.
