| 【】目的 研究腹腔镜下诊刮术在住院医师规范培训教学中的应用价值。方法:选取武汉市第一医院住院医师轮转学员为研究对象,其中2015级30人为对照组,2016级29人为实验组;两组教学均为3学时,包括理论授课1学时,实践操作2学时。实验组采用理论授课后以腹腔镜下诊刮术来实践操作,对照组为理论授课后诊刮术。实践操作后实验组住培学员填写教学质量问卷调查表,两组学员均参加理论考试。结果：腹腔镜下诊刮术可以明显提高学员对诊刮子宫的学习理解能力,使多数学员适应诊刮术,消除子宫穿孔的恐慌,增加了学员对子宫质地的感受能力,取得了满意的教学成果。实验组学员实践操作考试平均成绩(9.150±2.461)分高于对照组(7.053±1.347)分,差异有统计学意义；理论考试平均成绩(7.581±1.632)分与对照组的(6.983±1.726)分,差异无统计学意义；综合考试实验组平均成绩(9.037±1.951)分与对照组的(6.891±2.140)分,差异有统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜下诊刮术可以明显增加住院医师规范培训学员对诊刮术的学习理解和感受能力,在住院医师三基操作培训教学中具有应用价值。 |

| 【】：Objective To study the value of laparoscopic curettage in residency training.Methods In this study,we selected the residency of the Wuhan First Hospital as the research object, among which 30 were the 2015 level and the 29 were the 2016 level and 29 were the experimental group. The two groups were all taught in 3 classes, including 1 class in theory,2 hours in practice.The experimental group used theory to teach after laparoscopic curettage to practice the control group for the theory of postoperative curettage.After practice,the experimental group live training students fill in the teaching quality questionnaire,two groups of students to participate in the theory test.Results Laparoscopic curettage can significantly improve students learning to understand the ability to curettage,so that most students adapt to curettage,uterine perforation to eliminate panic,increasing the students feel the uterus texture, and achieved satisfactory teaching results.The experimental group"s average score of practice test (9.150±2.461) was higher than that of the control group (7.053±1.347),the difference was statistically significant;The average score of the theory test (7.581±1.632) points and the control group (6.983±1.726) points,the difference was not statistically significant;The average scores of the experimental group (9.037±1.951) and the control group (6.891±2.140) were significantly different.Conclusions Laparoscopic curettage can significantly increase the norms of resident training trainee curettage learning and understanding and ability to feel, residency in the three basic training in the operation of teaching has the value. |
