      30多年来,哈佛医学院课程整合大致经历了三个主要阶段,从“新途径”课程到“途径”课程,遵循医学人才成长规律,整合跨度越来越大;基础到临床整合贯穿始终,早期临床经验和实习贯穿始终,职业素质培养贯穿始终;追求个性化培养卓越医师的目标。在此借鉴哈佛医学院经验,针对中国医学教育目前存在问题,探讨医学课程整合策略。
英文摘要:
      In the past 30 years, the curriculum integration of Harvard Medical College has under-gone three main stages, from ‘New pathway’ to ‘Pathway’, following the law of medical talent growth, and the integration span is becoming larger and larger. The integration runs through basic medicine and clincal medicine, early clinical experience and practice, and professional quality training in the pursuit of individu-alized training of outstanding doctors. This article draws lessons from the experience of Harvard Medical College. Based on the experience of Harvard Medical College, this paper discusses on the strategies of medical curriculum integration in view of the existing problems in China.
