课程整合、以问题为基础的学习(PBL)是国内外医学教育教学发展的趋势,是培养适应时代要求和国家医疗卫生事业需要的高素质医学人才的有效举措。但目前国内医学院校临床医学专业招生规模较大,PBL难以全面推广。南京医科大学经过顶层设计、精心试点、稳步推广,以整合知识、关注能力为目标,全面推行了以问题导向的双向整合案例教学,取得初步成效,提升了医学生的临床胜任力。 |

Curriculum integration and problem based learning (PBL) is the development trend of medical education all over the world, and it is an effective mode to train high-quality medical talents to meet the needs of the times and national medical and health services. However, PBL is difficult to popular-ize in an all-round way at present due to the large enrollment of clinical medicine major in medical colleges and universities in China. Aiming at integrating knowledge and focusing on ability, Nanjing Medical Univer-sity implemented a problem-based two-way integrated case teaching after top-level design, careful trial and steady promotion and has achieved initial results and improved the clinical competency of medical students. |
