      相对于医学研究生教育中的被动式教学,开展Journal club能充分发挥研究生的主观能动性及创新性,有助于提升临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量。Journal club的成功开展,要求导师重视及引导、研究生积极参与,同时需根据研究生的不同学习时间阶段循序渐进选择合适的Journal club活动类型。成功的Journal club还应具有清晰的长期和短期目标以及合理的反馈机制,并在实践中不断完善和提高。
英文摘要:
      Compared with the passive teaching mode of traditional medical education in postgradu-ate students, Journal club can bring postgraduates' initiative and innovative into full play, which will improve the training level of clinical postgraduate students. For successfully implementing Journal club, the teacher's attention and guidance and the postgraduates' active participation are required. At the same time, according to different learning levels of postgraduates chooses suitable Journal club's type step by step is necessary. Successful Journal club also need clear goals and a reasonable feedback mechanism, which should be im-proved in practice.
