      【】实验整合课程有利于整体优化医学课程的结构,对提高医学生的综合素质、培养创新能力有着重要作用。经过几年的改革与探索,上海交通大学医学院构建了“注重素质、夯实基础、鼓励创新、服务专业”为理念的医学功能学实验整合课程,探索确立了多元化的课程考核评价体系,并制定了相应的评价量表全面检查学生的综合能力和实验教学质量。本文从考核方法与课程结构内容的关系、实施效果等方面就如何建设和优化该评价体系进行探讨和展望,以期为实验整合课程的进一步发展提供策略性指导。

      【】Integrated course benefits the overall optimization of the structure of medical courses and plays an important role on the improvement of comprehensive quality and innovation capability of medical students. After several years of reform and exploration, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine has developed Medical Functional Experiment integrated curriculum with the concept of “quality - oriented, reinforce the foundation, encourage innovation, professional service ", explorated on the construction of diversified assessment and evaluation system, and developed a corresponding assessment scale for overall review of students' comprehensive ability and practical teaching quality.This paper discussed and prospected how to construct and optimize this assessment and evaluation system, from the aspects of the relationship of examination methods and the content and structure of this course, implementation effects and etc , so as to provide strategic guidance for the further development of integrated practical curriculum.
