| 病理住院医师的诊断水平依赖于对医学研究进展的及时掌握和转化应用。随着个体化精准医疗策略的不断推进，在住院医师规范化培训阶段进行系统地临床科研培训，对提高病理住院医师的科研思维和病理诊断水平至关重要。本文结合日常病理诊断工作的实际需求和未来病理发展方向，系统分析了病理住院医师培训现状及开展临床科研培训的必要性，提出了临床科研培训的基本理念和实施策略。根据病理住院医师工作性质和特点，本单位采用“模块化教学”方法，将培训内容分为临床病理讨论模块、科研前沿讲座模块、科研基础理论和技术培训模块、科研论文写作指导模块，实施结构化、系统化地临床科研规范化培训，提高了病理住院医师的临床科研素质。 |

| The diagnostic skills of the pathological residents are increasingly depending on the understanding of medical research and its translation into clinical practice. With the development of individualized precision medicine strategy, systematically organizing the translational research training during the residency is critically important to improve the scientific logicality and the pathological diagnostic skills of pathological residents. In accordance with the need of ordinary pathological practice and the development of future pathology, we analyze the current situation of pathological resident training program and the importance of organizing the translational research program. We summarize the principle and implementation for organizing the translational research program. In the consideration of the features of pathological practice, we employ modularized teaching strategies to divide the translational research training courses into the following modules, including clinical pathological conference module, scientific lecture module, basic science theory and technology training module and writing skill training module. Through these approaches, the translational research abilities of pathological residents are significantly improved. |
