      【】 目的 探讨慕课、传统教学在儿科教学中联合应用的效果,以期提高教学质量。方法 选取重庆医科大学临床五年制全科医学2014级153人(教改组)、2013级132人(对照组),教改组采用慕课、传统教学联合应用教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。通过测验成绩及问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果 两组测验成绩显示,教改组平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,教改组更具教学优势,学生遇到的学习问题更少;其中有112名(73.2%)学生认同慕课碎片化的学习方式,79名(51.6%)学生认为慕课能提高学习效率,103名(67.3%)学生认为能引导自学、锻炼学习能力,113名(73.9%)学生认为能自主管理学习进度,99名(64.7%)学生认为能实现优质教育资源共享,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。教改组有133名(86.9%)学生对联合教学表示认同,愿意继续参与慕课教学。结论 慕课教学在儿科学教学中的应用,有助于提高教学效果,慕课教学与传统教学联合应用,是现阶段值得推荐的授课方法,慕课教学值得进一步研究和完善。

      Objective: To explore the effect of combined use of massive open online course (MOOC) and traditional teaching in pediatrics teaching on improving the teaching quality. Methods: The students were divided into two groups. The teaching reform group adopted the combined application of MOOC and traditional teaching method, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. The teaching quality was measured by examination and questionnaire. Results: Compared with the control group,the examination scores in the teaching reform class were significantly improved (P<0.05). Questionnaire survey showed that the teaching superiority was more obvious, the learning problems were less in the teaching reform group (P<0.05), in which 112 students (73.2%) recognized the fragmented learning mode of MOOC,79 students (51.6%) believed it improved learning efficiency, 103 students (67.3%) believed it improved the autonomous learning ability, 113 students (73.9%) could manage learning progress by themselves through MOOC, 99 students (64.7%) believed it attained the sharing of the educational resources of high quality. All issues were significantly better than control class (P<0.05). And 133 students (86.9%) preferred the combined teaching method of MOOC and traditional teaching, wishing to participate in MOOC again. Conclusions: MOOC can improve the teaching quality of pediatrics. The combined teaching method is worthy of further research and promotion.
