      【】:目的:探讨分析情境模拟联合PBL教学模式在急诊科护理实习生中的应用效果。方法:选择016年6月-2017年12月在我院急诊科进行实习的护生共122人,根据实习的先后顺序分别对照组(60例)和观察组(62例),比较分析两组护生的综合能力(理论考核+技能操作考核)和评判性思维能力(CTDI-CV中文版量表)。结果:干预组护生的综合能力89.69±7.82)优于对照组(76.86±6.12),干预组护生评判性思维能力(290.69±17.83)明显优于对照组(276.67±18.82),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情境模拟联合PBL教学模式能够提升临床实习护生的综合能力,增强其评判性思维能力,提高学生参与学习的自主性和积极性。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To explore the effect of situational simulation combined with PBL teaching mode in the practice of nursing interns. Methods: a total of 122 nursing students were selected for practice in our hospital in June, -2017, 016 years. According to the sequence of practice, the control group (60 cases) and the observation group (62 cases) were respectively selected. The comprehensive ability of the two groups of nursing students (theoretical assessment + skill operation assessment) and the critical thinking ability (CTDI-CV Chinese version) were compared and analyzed. Results: the comprehensive ability of the nursing students in the intervention group was 89.69 + 7.82) better than that of the control group (76.86 + 6.12). The evaluation ability of the nursing students in the intervention group (290.69 + 17.83) was significantly better than that of the control group (276.67 + 18.82), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: situational simulation combined with PBL teaching model can improve the comprehensive ability of clinical practice nursing students, enhance their critical thinking ability, and improve the autonomy and enthusiasm of students to participate in the study.
