      【摘要】 目的 探索“微课”结合“Simbaby”的教学模式在新生儿本科实习带教中的教学效果。 方法 随机选取2013级至2015级五年制临床医学本科见习生共160人,分为A、B两组,其中男生各40人,女生各40人。A组为对照组(未开展前),采用传统的教学法;B组为实验组(开展后),采用微课+Simbaby的联合教学法。A组通过教师进行讲课和应用普通模具进行示范教学,然后学生进行模仿练习。B组学生通过“微课”进行课前的预习,而教师制作Simbaby模拟病例模型并进行讲解,之后学生对Simbaby模型进行体格检查并作出诊断及处理。最后,通过基础理论考核及问卷调查的进行教学效果评价。 结果 B组的理论考试平均成绩(88.40±9.40)和技能考试平均成绩(79.53±8.84)明显高于A组的理论考试平均成绩(84.86±9.50)和技能考试平均成绩(72.35±9.70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查问卷结果显示:与A组相比,B组更能提高学习兴趣和学习积极性及主动性,并且有利于提高临床技能操作技能及提高临床思维能力(P<0.05)。但在提高团队意识方面,两组之间的差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 “微课”结合“Simbaby”的教学式有利于学生掌握新生儿疾病的基础理论知识及临床操作技能、提高自主学习能力、锻炼临床思维能力,值得在新生儿临床教学中推广。

      【Abstract】: Objective To find out the effets of the teaching mode of “Micro-course” combined with “Simbaby” in neonatal undergraduate practice teaching. Methods Totally 160 five-year clinical medical undergraduate students of 2013 grade to 2015 grade were divided into two groups: A (control group)and B (experimental group), including 40 male students and 40 female students. The students in B group were received the ML+Simbaby teaching method while those in A group were received traditional teaching method.In A Group,at fist the teachers teach the knowledge, and applies ordinary molds for demonstration teaching.Finally,the students doing imitateion exercises. In B Group, the students will prepare for the class though the “micro-course”, while the teachers will make Simbaby simulation case models and explain how to use it.Then,the students will make diagnosis and treatment after the physical examination of the Simbaby.Teaching effectiveness Was evaluated by questionnaire survey and theoretical test. Results The average score of the theoretical test in the B group (88.40±9.40) and the average score in the skill test (79.53±8.84) were significantly higher than that of the A group (84.86±9.50;72.35±9.70).and difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). The questionnaire showed that the learning enthusiasm and initiative,clinical operation skills and clinical thinking ability were significantly better in B group than in the A group(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving team awareness(P>0.05). Conclusion The teaching mode of "Micro-course" combined with "Simbaby" is helpful to grasp basic theoretical knowledge and improve clinical operation skills of neonatal diseases ,while it can improve self-learning ability and exercise clinical thinking ability. It is worthy of promotion in neonatal clinical teaching.
