| 医学专业学位研究生的培养目标是扎实的临床诊治能力和创新的医学科学研究能力。以循证医学为基础的临床研究模式能有效调动学生学习主动性，培养学生获取信息、解决问题的能力，并在临床研究过程中加强临床科研创新思维的培养。此外，循证医学临床研究模式也有助于导师更新知识体系，保持旺盛的临床创新思维和持续的研究能力。将循证医学临床研究模式应用于血液病学专业学位研究生培养，通过立题、申请新技术、获得伦理号、注册临床研究号、病例入组和统计分析数据，有助于研究生掌握临床研究的主要方法和实施流程，为后续的研究打下坚实的基础。 |

| The objective of medical professional degree postgraduates training is solid clinical diagnosis and treatment ability and innovative medical scientific research ability. The evidence-based medicine (EBM) based clinical research model can effectively mobilize the students' learning initiative, cultivate the students' ability to obtain information and solve problems, and strengthen students' innovative thinking in clinical research. Moreover, EBM-based medicine clinical research model is also helpful for tutors to update the knowledge system, maintain strong clinical innovative thinking and research ability. The EBM based clinical research model was applied to the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in hematology. Through setting up the topic, applying for new technology, obtaining ethical number, registered clinical research number, case grouping and statistical analysis data, the postgraduates can master the methods and implementation process of clinical research and lay a solid foundation for follow-up research. |
