      【摘要】 目的 探讨3Dbody软件在骨科PBL教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2013级在我院见习的临床医学专业本科学员,分为试验组和对照组两组,实验组采用3DBody软件辅助PBL的教学模式,课前设计布置相关问题及3Dbody软件的使用方法给学生,课时进行讨论得出结论;对照组采用传统教学方式,通过教材、多媒体课件方式进行讲授式教学。比较两组学生的骨科理论考试成绩、见习考试成绩。应用问卷调查评估各组学员对不同教学方法的主观感受。结果 实验组学员骨科理论考试成绩(84.6±5.9)明显高于对照组的理论考试成绩(73.2±6.1),并且实验组学员的见习考试成绩(17.7±2.1)也明显高于对照组的见习考试成绩(12.7±1.9);实验组学员对骨科教学的满意度评分(9.2±0.8)明显高于对照组评分(7.2±1.3); 以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3Dbody教学软件辅助PBL教学模式可以明显提高骨科临床教学的效果,提高学员的学习积极性和兴趣,值得推广应用。

      【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of 3Dbody software combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in the orthopedics teaching. Methods Clinical undergraduates of grade 2013 at the same class were divided into two groups. Undergraduates of experimental group were taught by 3Dbody software combined PBL teaching,and the problem was designed and the method of using 3Dbody software was given to students;Undergraduates of control group were taught by traditional teaching methods using textbooks and courseware. Degree of satisfaction of the undergraduates and examination scores were compared between two groups immediately after class and probation. Results The degree of satisfaction of the undergraduates(9.2±0.8)were significantly higher than control group(7.2±1.3), and examination scores of experimental group(84.6±5.9 and 17.7±2.1) were significantly higher than control group(73.2±6.1 and 12.7±1.9), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion 3Dbody software combined PBL can improve the effect of the orthopaedic teaching and enhance the student's interest. It should be generalized.
