      高校班级是实现高等教育的基础单位,高校班级管理是培养适应社会发展人才的关键。目前我国高校班级管理的研究聚焦于高校班级管理的目标及理念、高校班级管理实施的组织结构模式、高校班级管理的评价体系。未来研究应以提高管理效率和促进学生成长成才为目标,从多学科视角构建教育与管理有机结合的理论,以增加研究的广度;应突破传统线性的班级管理模式,构建更高效的班级管理组织结构并进行具体实践,以增加研究的深度;应把量化研究方法用于高校班级管理评估,并将实证研究用于班级管理的各个环节。
英文摘要:
      Class in colleges and universities is the basic unit to develop higher education. Class management in colleges and universities is the key to cultivate talents who can adapt to the social development. At present, researches on class in colleges and universities of China mainly focus on objectives and ideas of class management, organizational structure of implementation and evaluation system. Researches in the future should help to construct a theory for education and management from a multidisciplinary point of view, so as to broaden the research with the aim of improving management efficiency and cultivating talents; break through traditional linear management mode to build an effective administrative organization structure and put it into practice, so as to deepen the research. Meanwhile, quantitative study methods should be applied to evaluate the class management system, and empirical studies should be performed to every part of the whole class administration process.
