      为了解我国医学院校医患沟通课程的开展情况,调查了全国114所医学院校医患沟通课程教育教学组织状况,具体包括课程开设情况、授课方式、师资情况等。调查显示,医患沟通课程的开课率是64.9%,但是作为必修课开课的比例只有51.3%;课时的设置随意性较大,授课学期主要集中在医学生进入临床实习前;授课方式主要是大班授课;平均师资人数3~4人,其中一半是兼职教师。由此建议,医患沟通课程建设应提高课程的重要性,将其作为必修课开设;教学内容方面更突出课程的实用性;处理好专职教师队伍与兼职教师队伍的关系。
英文摘要:
      In order to understand the educational organization status of doctor-patient communication courses, 114 medical colleges and universities of China were investigated, including course offerings, teaching methods and teacher condition. The survey showed that the ratio of offering doctor-patient communication courses was 64.9%, but only 51.3% courses were compulsory. The setting of class hours was arbitrary. The target objects were mainly concentrated on medical students before entering clinical practice and the large-class teaching was a main mode. The average number of teachers was three to four, half of whom were part-time teachers. Therefore, we suggest attaching great importance to doctor-patient communication course by setting it as a compulsory course, emphasizing the practicability of the course in teaching content, and properly handling the relationship between full-time teachers and part-time teachers.
