      为提高住院医师的急救能力、临床思维能力、团队合作能力和处理突发事件的能力,东方医院采用案例教学和医学模拟教学相结合的授课方式为住院医师进行急救培训,共编写了24个标准化模拟教学急救病例。授课导师均接受模拟教学师资培训,采用主任督导制对课程质量进行监控。住院医师规范化培训期间开设急救课程十分必要,东方医院经过两年半的探索实践,发现整合了案例教学和模拟教学的课程,教学效果明显优于传统教学, 对保障医疗安全起着重要的作用。
英文摘要:
      To increase the rescue competency of residents, also the critical thinking, team dynamics, and the capability to handle with emergencies, Shanghai East Hospital developed a rescue course integrated with 24 standardized simulation cases learning and medical simulation education for residents training program. The instructor candidates should complete the simulation training and pass the instructor certification. Every course had been monitored by the course director to ensure the teaching quality. It is necessary to carry out this course for residents. From two and half years experiences of conducting, compared with the traditional education, the effect of this course is remarkable. We believe this course can play an important role in patient safety.
