      探讨ADDIE模式在低年资住院医师培训及考核的应用及意义。总结应用ADDIE模式设计教学课程的工作流程,通过“评估-设计-开发-实施-评价”循环式的持续改进教学质量。初次评估发现该教学模式基本能够达到对低年资住院医师的培训目标,分析外科学校培训存在的问题,针对低年资住院医师无法规律学习、临床能力差异大的特点,提出调整教学时间及内容、个性化教学的改进建议,并调整考核模式、增加针对培训效果的客观测量指标,切实有效地提高了外科学校的基础外科教学效果。
英文摘要:
      The essay discussed the application and significance of ADDIE model in the junior residency training and examination. It also summarized the workflow of instructional design by using ADDIE model. The model is a recirculation of assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation, by which the quality of education can be improved continuously. After initial evaluation, it was found that the education model can reach the general goal for standardized training of residents. In addition, the problems of surgical school were also analyzed. For the problem of residents’ irregular study and great difference of individual clinical skills, some suggestions for improvement were made. It included adjusting the time and content of training, individualized teaching, reforming examination form and increasing objective measurement to assess the effectiveness of training. All of them can effectively improve the effectiveness of basic surgical training in surgical school.
