| 神经肌肉病是神经病学教学和临床中的难点之一。我们设置一例格林巴利综合征和一例进行性肌营养不良典型病例进行病案教学，并进行教学效果评价。通过病例式教学法有利于激发学生的学习兴趣，培养其良好的临床思维，达到教学大纲的要求。值得在临床实践教学中扩大应用并加以完善。 |

| Neuromuscular diseases is one of the difficulties in teaching and clinical neurology. We chose the typical cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome and progressive muscular dystrophy as case base study，and evaluated the effect of teaching.Application of case base study can help medical students to enhance learning interests and develop clinical skill, then to meet the requirements of the syllabus. So It is worth to apply the method in clinical teaching of neuromuscular diseases. |
