      【摘要】:目的 研究“互联网 ”在外科手术学基础和形成性评价中的应用效果。 方法 将参加2015学年外科手术学基础学习的重庆医科大学同学随机分成两组,实验组166名同学,对照组165名同学。实验组在外科手术学基础教学和形成性评价系统中引入“互联网 ”模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。形成性评价的指标包括动物手术操作评分,小集体总评,期末理论考试成绩以及操作考核。课后采用问卷调查考评教学效果。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行统计学处理,形成性评价的指标比较采用t检验,学生自评量表比较采用秩和检验。 结果 实验组动物手术操作平均成绩、小集体总评得分分别为9.23±0.65分、9.53±0.66分,对照组的平均成绩分别为8.56±0.62分、8.96±0.52分,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05 )。问卷调查结果显示:实验组同学在专业知识学习掌握方面要明显强于对照组(P =0.03,P<0.05)。 结论 “互联网 ”在外科手术学基础的教学和形成性评价中的应用可以明显提高教学效果。 医学教育可以充分利用“互联网 ”这一新的产业模式,不断提高学生学习效率,提高医学人才培养质量。

      [Abstract] Objective: To explore the application effect on the "Internet plus" used in basis of surgical operation and formative evaluation. Methods: The students of Chongqing Medical University who were planned to study the basis of surgical operation in the 2015 academic year were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group of 166 students, 165 students in the control group. "Internet plus" model was used in the experimental group in surgery based teaching and the formative evaluation system, the control group used the traditional teaching mode. Indicators of formative evaluation system include animal operation score, small group global impression, the final exam results and operation examination. After class, the questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the teaching effect. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for statistical processing, The t test was used to compare the indicators of the formative evaluation of two groups, and rank sum test was used to compare the student self rating scale. Results: The mean score of animals operation and small group global impression score of the experimental group respectively is 9.23±0.65 and 9.53±0.66 points, and the control group respectively is 8.56±0.62 and 8.96±0.52 points, two groups compared with significant difference (P < 0.05), respectively. The results of the questionnaire showed that the students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P =0.03, P <0.05) in the study of professional knowledge.Conclusion: Application of "Internet plus" in teaching of basis of surgical operation and formative evaluation can improve the teaching effect. Medical education can make full use of the "Internet plus" which is a new industrial mode, improve students' learning efficiency, improve the quality of training medical talents.
